Nikolas
Strangas
Nikolas settled in Denmark in 2003, when he started working as a Pastry Chef at the Hilton Hotel in Copenhagen. From 2006 and for 5 years, he was the Pastry Chef of the Michelin star awarded restaurant Era Ora. In 2010, he opened his first Dessert Boutique in Copenhagen. In 2011, he won the “Best Sweet of the Year” award in Denmark.
Since 2011, he reveals his pastry secrets in the TV show “Go’ Morgen Danmark”, in TV2. In 2012, he was honoured by the Danish Gastronomic Academy. In 2014, he published his cook-book “Desserter fra Strangas”. He is a judge in the professional pastry chefs’ competition “Sukkertoppen” of TV2. As of now, he is a judge in the amateur pastry chef’s competition “Bake Off Greece”.
